Happy Spring! Our March luncheon was highly informative on how to prepare for that next emergency. Do you have your go bag ready? Thanks again to Gwen Gamble and her crew for a job well done.

Our April luncheon is our Annual Meeting where we ask SRWC membership to vote on certain items. After we conclude the Annual Meeting, it will be all about art...the Sunriver Art Fair and our next event, the Art Auction & Wine Event.

Are you a wine and/or art lover? If so, the Art Auction & Wine Event is for you! The entire event will be virtual with wine tastings, an art auction, charcuterie class, and a virtual raffle. More details can be found in this newsletter, email blasts, or at sunriverwomensclub.com.

Please review the email blast you received on March 20th regarding the Annual Meeting. There you will find the proposed 2021/22 slate of officers, annual meeting minutes from 2020, and proposed amendments to the bylaws. If the slate is approved by SRWC membership, this will be my third term as President. My reasoning for a third term was “I took the club into the pandemic and I want to take it out of the pandemic and back to in-person events.” I am pleased with the proposed slate of officers that the Nominating Committee has put forward. Thank you to Shirley Olson, Nominating Director, and Committee members Laurel Brennan, Sandra Lassen and Nancy Farnham.

Lots of fun things are happening in April, please keep reading for details about the April birthday coffee/tea, New Member coffee/tea and the Friendship Walk.
